LET'S FUN TO GET THE INFORMATION: About My Working ....

I have been working since 4 month .... Be Happy and sad work to join in Dispora ( Dinas Pemuda dan olahraga, Kayoon).

I know what happen my friend feel uncomfortable in " Pemberdayaan masyarakat" as Penggerak dan Pendamping at education, farming or fishery, UKM, and Young people ( Karang taruna ) through Kecamatan and kelurahan ?.... Two of five my surabaya team where they must work in their area include : kecamatan Rungkut, kenjeran, bulak, tandes, benowo, sukomanunggal, pakal, sukolilo, and asemrowo.

The Problem :
1. The people of kelurahan didn't give some information directly to two of my friend in their area as
    penggerak dan pendamping but they know that the people of kecamatan asked to them "how progress is
     the activity on kelurahan event?" Of course, they were very shocked.
2. They felt one of area didnt need them. it showed when they finished the job of dispora every month in
     malang, batu, kediri, mojokerto, etc foR 4 days, the citizenship and staff office didnt know them. so, they
     must be done approach again.

Because of above reason, we conclude :
1. Making two team of eight people although it is different " surat tugas " so, it is divide two kecamatan
2.   Dividing 2 kecamatan is appropriate to instruction province office before surat tugas make in central
      office is out. There are west surabaya (asemrowo) and east surabaya (Sukolilo)

After we make the deal of promise, the effect was in really field :
1. Each of Asemrowo and Sukolilo asked to modification surat tugas which declare 3 new people in
      working as team. but we cant show its because the modification surat tugas stopped when our licence
      modication was in the head of Dispora,,, so we are still working in two area as the team.
2. The staff think that if we are working as the team,,, why only one people always seem at two of office
       everyday and also why the other stay only in event that came late. they should become early.
